Lately, you may have spotted the hashtag #ClarkTogether on a social media post or a video on the website.
But what does it mean?
It means we are a community, whose members, whether we are socially distanced at six feet or living 6,000 miles away, remain bonded as Clarkies.
It means we are a university, where we learn, explore, create, and discover together, every day — whether our shared adventure unfolds inside a classroom or through a video chat.
And it means the essential things about Clark will never change, not even under the weight of a global pandemic. COVID-19 may have altered the way we experience Clark, but it has also re-affirmed the best of Clark: our shared values, our commitment to the greater good, our sense of humor, and our resilience.
Today, #ClarkTogether officially launches to celebrate our spirited community. We invite you to browse the messages, stories, and videos — and share your own. You’ll find new reasons to smile, marvel and connect with the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and families who define who we are and what we become.
Although we are dispersed …
We are a community. We are a university. We are #ClarkTogether.
