Clark University will celebrate Martin Luther King Day this year with a performance lecture by Emmy award-winning actor and diversity trainer Ron Jones of Dialogues On Diversity, at 6 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, in Daniels Theater, Atwood Hall, 950 Main St. Jones’ performance, “Martin Luther King Jr. and the Strength of Shared Dreams,” is free and open to the public, and will include a question-and-answer session.
An actor, director, and trainer for more than 20 years, Jones was awarded the Boston/New England Regional Emmy of the National Academy of Television, Arts and Science in 2002. He has been a performing member of ImprovBoston, StageCoach Improv, and the U.S. Improvisational Theatre League, and has starred in numerous stage productions.
