Clark University’s Graduate School of Management (GSOM) has been named a “Best Business School,” according to The Princeton Review. The education services company profiles the school in its 2018 annual business school rankings.

“We recommend the Graduate School of Management as one of the best to earn an MBA. We chose the 267 on-campus MBA programs schools on this list based on our high regard for their academics and our assessment of institutional data we collect from the schools. We also solicited and greatly respect the opinions of 23,000 students attending these schools who reported on their experiences at their schools on our 80-question student survey,” according to Robert Franek, senior vice president-publisher at Princeton Review.

The Princeton Review’s on-campus MBA survey asked students at the 267 business schools about their school’s academics, student body and campus life, as well as about themselves and their career plans. The student surveys that were used for this edition were completed online and conducted in the 2014-15, 2015-16 and 2016-17 academic years.

“We are pleased to be recognized once again by The Princeton Review as one of the nation’s best business schools,” GSOM Dean Catherine Usoff says. “Clark University provides a diverse, welcoming community in which future business leaders can learn, grow and develop a worldview. Like other business schools, our curriculum combines theory with real-world experience. In addition, GSOM students are exposed to thought leaders, authors and scholars, from within and outside the University, who engage us all with the world’s most pressing issues.”

The Princeton Review does not rank the on-campus MBA programs from 1 to 267, or name one business school best overall. Instead, “Best Business Schools” 2018 has 18 ranking lists of the top 10 on-campus MBA programs in various categories. Seventeen of the 18 lists are based entirely or partly on The Princeton Review’s surveys of students attending the schools. A few lists, such as “Best Career Prospects,” use both student survey and institutional data. The “Toughest to Get Into” list is based solely on institutional data.

Accredited by AACSB International, the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) at Clark University is a small, academically rigorous business school that offers a personalized, collaborative learning experience. Launched in 1982, Clark GSOM has maintained a commitment to developing and preparing future leaders to think critically, manage collaboratively and contribute to their organizations and society. Repeatedly recognized by The Princeton Review as a “Best Business School,” GSOM was recently ranked one of the “7 Best Business Schools For Careers In CleanTech” by BusinessBecause.
