We are very proud that Clark University – a prestigious liberal arts institution – also recognizes and supports the need for high-quality business education that is also convenient for those who are working full-time while earning a graduate degree.”
The “Best Graduate Schools 2015” guide is available online now at usnews.com/store and will be on newsstands April 8.
According to the guide: “Part-time business programs play a vital role for working people who can’t go to school full time because of family or financial reasons. The U.S. News part-time MBA ranking is based on five factors: average peer assessment score (50 percent of the overall score); average GMAT score and GRE scores of part-time MBA students entering in the fall of 2013 (15 percent); average undergraduate GPA (5 percent); work experience (15 percent); and the percentage of the fall 2013 MBA enrollment that is part time (15 percent). The average peer score is calculated from a fall 2013 survey that asked business school deans and MBA program directors at each of the nation’s 310 participating MBA program to rate the other part-time programs on a 5-point scale, from marginal (1) to outstanding (5); 45 percent responded. To be eligible for the part-time ranking, a program needed to be accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and to have at least 20 students enrolled part time in the fall of 2013; 282 programs met those criteria.”
